Wade Casstevens is the Founder and Managing Partner of Linden Property Group, an Arlington, VA-based operator of workforce and affordable housing communities. Since founding Linden Property Group in 2010, he has led the creation of a $500 million portfolio of communities located throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States. Before establishing Linden, he founded and led the Development Investment Group at Federal Capital Partners, a national real estate private equity firm with $5 billion of assets under management. Wade was also a Development Director at Post Properties where he entitled, planned, and developed $250 million of mixed-use projects in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to Post Properties, he worked at Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage where he financed over $500 million of commercial properties. He received an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was the recipient of the Gus Grammas Scholarship for Finance, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Wade serves as a member of the Advisory Board at the Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at UNC – Chapel Hill, where he chairs the Housing Affordability Initiative. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and three children.

Christian joined Linden Property Group as Chief Operating Officer in August of 2021. He is responsible for the firm’s capital markets, asset management, investor relations, and corporate operations activities. He has arranged over $400 million in debt and equity financing across Linden’s current portfolio. Prior to joining Linden, Christian was in acquisitions and asset management at Spear Street Capital, where he completed over $250 million in acquisitions and financings of office assets and oversaw over $20 million in capital work. While at Columbia Business School, Christian was a summer associate at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), where he worked in acquisitions on behalf of their core and opportunistic fund vehicles. Before enrolling in business school, Christian worked as an Associate at Federal Capital Partners (FCP), focusing on multifamily acquisitions. At MSREI and FCP, Christian acquired and financed over $700 million in real estate assets. Christian received his BA from Harvard University, where he was a member of the Men’s lacrosse team, and his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Alexander Bodini Real Estate Fellowship. He lives in Washington, D.C.

As Vice President, Mark’s primary responsibilities include sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management. During his time at Linden, Mark has completed more than $350 million of acquisitions and dispositions. Since joining Linden in 2018, Mark has served in every facet of the firm’s business, including asset management, fundraising, acquisitions, capital markets, dispositions, and human capital development. Prior to joining Linden Property Group, Mark spent three years as a Senior Research Associate at CoStar Group covering commercial real estate in the D.C., Chicago, Dallas, and Oklahoma City markets. He obtained his MBA with a Real Estate Concentration from Georgetown University and has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. Mark lives in Potomac with his wife and three sons.

As the Director of Construction Management at Linden Property Group, Tassos oversees all facets of the construction management process across the company’s assets. Leading the planning, execution, and administration of capital improvement projects, he ensures seamless coordination, quality control, and efficient project delivery. Prior to joining Linden, he served in construction and facilities management roles at Gates Hudson Services, Tall Oaks Construction, and the Archdiocese of Washington. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $100MM of capital improvements. He graduated with honors from George Mason University, obtaining a B.S. in Business and an M.S. in Real Estate Development. While at George Mason, he received the Katharine Z. Creane Scholarship, the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship Advisory Board Scholarship, and The EagleBank Scholarship. Tassos was also selected as the George Mason University Master’s in Real Estate Development Program Outstanding Student of the Year. He lives in the City of Fairfax with his wife and children.

Jonathan joined Linden Property Group as Corporate Controller in March 2025. He is in charge of Linden’s financial reporting, budgeting, operational accounting, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across all financial functions. He began his career in public accounting at RSM US LLP, where he provided audit services for real estate and hospitality clients in the D.C. area. Jonathan then worked at Madison Marquette as a senior accountant and a portfolio accounting manager, where he oversaw property and fund level financial reporting for a mix of retail and senior living assets. Jonathan is a licensed CPA through the Virginia Board of Accountancy, bringing extensive experience in real estate accounting and GAAP reporting. Jonathan graduated from James Madison University in 2017 with a BBA in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems. He lives in Arlington, Virginia.

Alison Grant joined Linden Property Group in late July 2025 as Operations Manager. She oversees key operational functions including investor relations, marketing, HR and administrative processes—supporting the company’s strategic goals and day-to-day efficiency. Before joining Linden, Alison was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Mavik Capital Management, a NYC-based opportunistic real estate firm with over $1 billion in AUM. She managed executive scheduling, communications, and cross-functional project coordination. She played a pivotal role in optimizing office operations and supporting a fast-paced team. Alison also brings five years of hospitality experience from the marine hospitality company Hornblower Cruises and Events. She managed and increased event sales by 40%, and planned and executed over 500 weddings, corporate functions, and social events. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Point Park University. Originally from Falls Church, VA, she returned to Northern Virginia in 2025 and now resides in Arlington.

John joined Linden Property Group as a Senior Associate in January 2024. His primary responsibilities include financial analysis and management of a portfolio of Linden’s assets to ensure the successful execution of property-level business plans. John manages relationships with Linden’s property management and joint venture partners to drive value creation at his portfolio of assets. Prior to Linden, John worked in the Financial Consulting Group at CBRE in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he provided strategic consulting services to a wide array of tenant and landlord clients to help them make informed real estate decisions. He advised clients on over 1,500 transactions with an estimated transaction value in excess of $14.5 billion. John received his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and has a BA from the University of South Carolina. John lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and son.

Lucas joined Linden as an Asset Management & Acquisitions Analyst in March 2022 and was quickly promoted to Associate in February 2024. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of assets for Linden and analyzing new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Linden, Lucas worked at Walker & Dunlop as a GSE Underwriting Analyst, where he helped underwrite and submit over $450 million in approved financing to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. During college, he interned with Linden Property Group, where he focused on underwriting acquisition opportunities and producing research reports across Linden’s geography. Lucas is currently pursuing an MBA at the Darden School of Business. He graduated with honors from Virginia Tech with a BA, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Lucas lives in Northern Virginia.

Damian joined Linden Property Group as an Associate in November 2024.  As a member of the Asset Management team, he is responsible for implementing and executing the business plans at a portfolio of Linden assets.  Prior to joining Linden, Damian worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Transaction Manager where he negotiated over 250 lease transactions valued at over $65MM on behalf of the United States Postal Service.  Before JLL, Damian worked for Tiber Capital Group, a division of Starwood Capital Group, where he acquired over $25MM of single-family-rental properties for the firm.  Damian also has experience in property management at Lincoln Property Company in Arlington, VA, and at Costar Group in Washington, DC.  Damian earned his Bachelor’s degree at University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and lives in Silver Spring, MD.

Jose joined Linden Property Group as a Construction Management Administrator in October 2025. He manages vendor and contractor relationships and oversees the detailed tracking of all construction projects. His work includes renovations, capital improvements, and major repairs, ensuring that budgets, timelines, and documentation remain accurate and up to date. Prior to joining Linden, Jose worked at NVR, Inc. as a Lot Acquisition Processor. He oversaw the acquisition of more than 1,000 residential lots totaling approximately $100 million in value. He prepared and executed settlement and land transaction documents, maintaining alignment across financial, legal, and development teams, lenders, and investors. Jose received his Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. He currently resides in Arlington, VA.
